Florida Keys

At the end of July Ryan went down to the Florida Keys with a couple of friends. They spent 5 days at this house that was right on the Keys. Most of the time they could be found snorkeling, boating, fishing!

Needless to say we were very excited to be done and also with how it turned out!

We got the egress window in as well as the start of the ceiling. A new shower was installed also. Ryan after a massive sanding spree!!

Mid-process

These are some mid-process pictures. The first pictures is of the new bathroom plumbing and the second is showing the ceiling with the old sheetrock torn off. We had to raise the finished ceiling height to comply with codes.

These are some before pictures of our basement that we remodeled. We finished it off and now Ashley's sister Haley is living there.

We went to see Riley play his 1st home football game of the year. He made it worth our while with this Brian Urlacher type play!
