Night time prayer

Every night Tucker and Dad have a little prayer time before going to bed and they pray for three things.
1) That God protects Tucker while he sleeps
2) He keeps satan out of the house
3) And that Tucker will dream about Jesus during the night

Looking at the picture we think Tucker is taking the third prayer pretty serious!

cyclone vs. hawk!

Some good friends of ours (Paul, Katie & Tracy Klemme) were in town this weekend and they stopped by. They are Huge hawkeye fans and we're cyclone fans so we thought it'd be funny to get some pictures of our kids.. with the first picture  above I like to think tucker is thinking "they put me next to a hawk?!?"

One of Ryan's best friends had a child three months before tucker was born. Here are a couple of pictures at the houck's household that evening. Tucker even got to "play" with his friend!

our little lion, ROAR!

one of my dear friends Rachel let us borrow this adoreable lion costume. Our sons are roughly around the same age so we got some good use out of it! Here are some pictures of the day. we started the day off showing tucker to grandma & grandma huhn, then boppa followed by the houcks later that evening. it was a fun day, and our little lion slept 7 straight hours after that!

Tucker's baby shower!

some dear friends of mine, jessica hibbing & deb mortvedt threw Tucker a baby shower! However, deb was unable to attend becasue her daughter (anna) was having a baby as well. We really missed deb, but completely felt her presence there down to decorations & theme! Jessica did a great job along with Danelle Jensen, Amelia Flickinger & Erin! THANK YOU LADIES! Here are a few pictures from the shower. Boy, did we feel loved!!
